Paper Assist were looking for a site to perform two functions
A bespoke designed content management system has been designed to allow the website administrators to easily manage their products.
This is a scalable website with the ability to add many other features in the near future.
Advanced Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) has been built into this design as well as integration with social networking tools and a news section on the site to keep clients informed through automated emails
Real-time credit card payments have been installed into the site to finish a very comprehensive shopping cart solution.
paperassist.ie was launched in October 2010 and re-designed in August 2011
Shortly after, paperassist.co.uk was launched to expand the web presence of Paper Assist
In January 2014 a new on-line presence was established for paper assist. With this new design a new search engine was added to make it easier for the commercial customers to find products by keywords and a new search engine monitoring tool.
Along with this development was also the instillation of a new ‘quick pay’ facility which allows the CMS user to request secure payment requests from customers for special orders. This system operates on the paper assist secure server and reduces the PCI compliance of the vendor. The need to take credit cards over the phone has now been eliminated.
2016 saw a new design for the websites with a responsive skin that allows a user to see all the functionality of the website on any mobile device.
In 2018 we launch an online designer for lined envelopes. The first of its kind and a very original concept. The design allows designers to create their own exclusive lined envelopes from multiple sizes and colours with thousands of potential options to choose from.
In 2017 we developed a bespoke CRM and Production System to manage the workflow of bespoke production within the Paper Assist facilities. This has been further expanded in 2019 with API integration, multi web platform integration.
2022 brought a new design to the website with extensive re-modelling of the eCommerce experience for trade and retails customers. The addition of a CRM to the website to help customer engagements, quoting and management of the customers needs has been integrated into the Paper Assist CMS.
